For bathroom re-model, I plan to put in new sheetrock, molding, tile floor & vanity. What's the best order?

Aug 19, 2007 by mjnwilson | Posted in Decorating & Remodeling

I need to know step-by-step, which parts of the project should come when. Thanks!

My master bathroom vanity is very outdated...I think it was put in when the house was built in 1981. I was originally planning on buying a vanity to replace it from somewhere like Lowe's or Home Depot, but I've run into a problem. My current vanity

You have options but I'd rejuvenate the one you have if the 48" wouldn't suit your way of thinking, a new granite vanity top with sink splash will run you around $350 plus around $100 for new faucet and around $50 for paint and new handles.

Craftsman Logan enhances family living

Source: Mountain Democrat

The plan’s compact footprint makes the home economical to build and maintain, while the wide-open gathering space inside is designed to enhance family living. The hallmark Craftsman windows that look out onto the front porch are echoed by rows of small panes at the tops of the entry and garage doors. The dining room windows slide open to access a covered patio that could be screened. Shake siding also covers the triangular fronts of the two street-facing gables, both of which are highlighted by decorative corbels at their peaks. Proceeding down the foyer, you pass by openings that lead to bedrooms on the left and a coat closet on the right, before stepping into the bright and spacious family living area....
